Land on a picture they write the word or say the sounds in the word. Monster Mayhem (page 6) - jumbled up words for the sound with boxes for support. Super Searcher (page 7) - find 10 or less given words that contain the sound. Each word runs left to right. Only one word on a line.

This pack contains matching word and picture cards that cover uses the set 1 sounds. They cover words that use three, four and five sounds. Simply match the frog to the correct lily pad by reading the word. They can be used as a matching activity, memory type games, snap or use the picture cards as a writing activity.

For Set 5 Words there are two versions, both of which cover the sounds in Set 5. These videos can be used in two ways: Reading activity: simply play the video and get pupils to say the sounds and blend them together to make the word. Option to pause if your pupils need more time to blend. Writing activity: play the video and pause it when it stops on a picture. Pupils then can write the word. Once they have written it continue to play the video and pupils can check if they have written it correctly.
